10Data Retention Period
For processing personal data related to the management of e-commerce customers, customers and prospects, including customer relationship management, marketing campaign management, tracking of online orders in store, management of defective products and parcel tracking, we follow the following retention period:
  • Personal Customer Data: the duration of contractual relations is limited to the legal requirement of 5 years.
  • Non-Client Data: 3 years from the last active engagement with our brand
  • Purchasing and browsing cookies: 13 months
  • Bank card number and validity date: 15 months after the debit date
  • Visual Cryptogram of bank card: The time of the transaction
